Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced CRM Executive with prior experience in automobile industry. The ideal candidate should have strong customer handling skills, a good understanding of CRM processes in the automotive industry, and relevant educational qualifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer relationship management activities efficiently
- Follow up with customers for service reminders, feedback, and retention
- Maintain and update customer databases accurately
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and engagement
- Coordinate with service and sales teams for smooth operations
- Monitor customer feedback and take necessary actions
- Promote AMC, EW Plus, and other value-added services

Requirements:

- Mandatory:



Experience in any automobile dealership
- Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in any relevant field
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge and CRM software handling
- Ability to manage customer queries and complaints professionally
