We are seeking a proactive and organized HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment, employee onboarding, HR operations. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of HR practices, and the ability to maintain confidentiality while supporting day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for various positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Manage employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Collect and verify employee documents.
- Maintain employee personnel files and HR records.
- Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and HRMIS.
- Coordinate payroll inputs such as attendance, leave, and new joiners
- Address employee queries related to HR policies and procedure
- Coordinate exit formalities, full & final settlement
Required Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Experience using job portals such as Naukri and LinkedIn.
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.
