We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical QA Analyst with 3–5 years of experience in software testing to ensure the delivery of high-quality applications. The ideal candidate should have expertise in manual testing, test planning, defect management, Agile methodologies, and a good understanding of automation testing concepts. The QA Analyst will collaborate closely with Business Analysts, Developers, Product Owners, and stakeholders to validate business requirements and ensure software quality.

Key Responsibilities

- Analyze Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and User Stories.
- Create comprehensive Test Plans, Test Scenarios, Test Cases, and Test Data.
- Execute Functional, Regression, Integration, Smoke, Sanity, and UAT Support Testing.
- Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects using defect management tools.
- Collaborate with developers to reproduce, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Validate fixes and perform regression testing before releases.
- Participate in Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Review requirements and provide feedback to improve product quality.
- Prepare Test Summary Reports and Quality Metrics.
- Ensure traceability between requirements and test cases.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely project delivery.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives and quality standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Hands-on experience in Manual Testing.
- Experience in creating Test Plans,



Test Cases, Test Scenarios, and Bug Reports.

- Experience with defect tracking tools such as:
- JIRA/ALM

- Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration abilities.

Preferred Skills

Basic knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or UFT.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- ISTQB Certification (preferred but not mandatory).

Experience

- 3–5 years of experience in Software Quality Assurance or Manual Testing.

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
