- Annual budget preparation of Kiln & Cooler area
- Knowledge SAP, My Setu & Clip
- Annual S/D planning
- Inventory management in section with positive spare planning ability
- Implementation of all safety standard in section to achieve zero harm
- Implementation of systems & Audits in section
- Sound knowledge on Mechanical equipment for maintaining better efficiency & reliability
- Having good communication skills to influence & engage the team
- To maintain S&S; & RPM expenses as per budgeted norms.
- Develop subordinates in all respect
