We are looking for an experienced Field Sales Engineer with a solid background in electrical panels and industrial automation. The candidate will be responsible for handling field sales activities, client acquisition, and project-based sales in the Bharuch region.

Key Responsibilities:

- Generate new business opportunities in the industrial automation & electrical panel segment
- Visit clients regularly for meetings, presentations, and requirement understanding
- Handle complete sales cycle from enquiry to order closure
- Coordinate with estimation and design team for techno-commercial proposals
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and develop new clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Prepare sales reports and market feedback

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma / B.E.



in Electrical / Instrumentation / Automation
- Experience: 2 to 5 years in field sales (Electrical Panels / Automation industry)
- Strong knowledge of PLC Panels, MCC, PCC, VFD, HMI systems
- Good communication and negotiation skills
- Must be willing to travel for field sales

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in project-based industrial sales
- Familiarity with industries like Chemical, Pharma, Oil & Gas (Bharuch region)
- Basic technical understanding for client discussions

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
