We are looking for Business Development Executive (min. 1-2 years of experience) with Software Services companies in the International Market preferably USA

Education: Graduate / BE / MBA

Compensation: 1-2 Years

Responsibilities

- Preparing RFI’s and RFP’s
- Preparing Project understanding Documents
- Project co-ordination with technical team
- Project management
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Identifying future growth potential and developing strategies to achieve this.
- Maintaining customer relationships.
- Ability to navigate to the Decision Maker
- Robust individual contributor as well as a team player
- Maintain high standards of discipline in updating sales enquiries
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team of peers

Skills/Experience

- 1-2 years experience with Software Services companies in the International Market preferably USA
- Should be a Graduate / BE / MBA with 1 to 2 years of experience in business development / cold calling / international sales / e-mail Marketing / Digital Marketing.
- Interested in cold calling, pitching to right person in the US (CXOs), fixing appointments.




- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, neutral English accent is desired
- Should have experience in Online Marketing
- Expertise in lead generation from various sources and Closures. Should be well versed on LinkedIn and acquiring stakeholders.
- Telemarketing skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with prospective customers in the International market.
- Passionate towards sales, willing to take challenges and meet sales targets consistently.
- Should be able to understand IT Service/Products development.
- Proven success in accessing new clients and new markets
- Great interpersonal communication skills;
- A keen grasp of information technology;
- Personal accountability and strong work ethic;
- Professional, able to interact with vendors/clients;
