ROLE OVERVIEW

As Hiring Manager at Owlwebs, you will be the cornerstone of our talent acquisition strategy. You'll manage the full recruitment lifecycle — from understanding hiring needs, crafting JDs, sourcing candidates, running interviews, to closing offers. You'll also help shape our employer brand and build a talent pipeline for future growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Own end-to-end recruitment for all roles across tech, marketing, creative, and ops
- Partner with department heads to understand team needs and define ideal candidate profiles
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, campus connects, referrals, and social media
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR rounds, and coordinate technical/skill-based interviews
- Manage offer negotiations, background checks, and pre-joining communication
- Track hiring metrics (TAT, offer acceptance rate, cost per hire) and report to leadership Build and maintain a warm talent pipeline for recurring and future positions
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process
- Handle onboarding coordination for recent joiners

REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS

- 2–3 years of experience in talent acquisition,



preferably in a digital agency or startup Proven track record of closing hires across creative, tech, and marketing roles
- Strong understanding of platforms: LinkedIn, Naukri, Internshala, Indeed, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you're the first impression of Owlwebs
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Hands-on experience with ATS tools or HRMS platforms
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close candidates confidently

GOOD TO HAVE

- Experience hiring for digital marketing, design, or tech-specific roles
- Familiarity with employer branding strategies on LinkedIn and social media
- MBA/PGDM in HR or equivalent

Pay: ₹14,538.43 - ₹35,000.00 per month
