Roles & Responsibilities

- Generate leads through personal networking, digital platforms, referrals, and field marketing.
- Meet prospective customers and understand their property requirements.
- Conduct site visits and explain project features, pricing, and payment plans.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Follow up with potential buyers until deal closure.
- Coordinate with the sales team for documentation and booking processes.
- Maintain records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets.

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass (Graduate preferred).
- Experience in real estate, sales, banking, insurance, or marketing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude.
- Own smartphone is mandatory.




- Two-wheeler and valid driving license are preferred.
