About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Back End Developer with 1–2 years of experience to join our

engineering team in Chandigarh. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in PHP, MySQL, and CodeIgniter, with a strong understanding of backend development principles. The candidate should also be proficient in leveraging AI-powered tools to enhance coding efficiency, debugging, and overall development productivity.

Key Responsibilities

 Develop, maintain, and optimize scalable backend applications using PHP and CodeIgniter

(CI3 & CI4).

 Design, develop, and manage MySQL databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.  Build and integrate RESTful APIs with frontend applications and third-party services.

 Write clean, secure, reusable, and well-documented code following industry best practices.

 Optimize application performance, database queries, and server-side logic.

 Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve application issues efficiently.

 Collaborate closely with frontend developers, designers, and product teams to deliver high- quality solutions.

 Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving development standards.

 Leverage AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, debugging, testing, and

documentation.

 Stay updated with emerging backend technologies and industry best practices.

Required Skills

 1–2 years of experience in Backend Development.

 Strong proficiency in PHP.

 Hands-on experience with CodeIgniter 3 (CI3) and CodeIgniter 4 (CI4).





 Strong knowledge of MySQL Database design, optimization, and query writing.

 Experience developing and consuming REST APIs.

 Understanding of MVC architecture and backend design principles.

 Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.

 Good debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills. AI Expertise

 Hands-on experience using AI-powered development tools such as ChatGPT, GitHub

Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Windsurf, or similar.

 Ability to utilize AI for code generation, debugging, documentation, testing, code

optimization, and improving development workflows.

Good to Have

 Basic knowledge of frontend technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.

 Understanding of application security best practices.

 Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.

 Experience working with third-party APIs and integrations.
