Description

As a Software Tester at Innovins, you will be responsible for testing websites, mobile apps, and software solutions across a variety of projects. You’ll work closely with developers, project managers, and designers to ensure seamless performance, usability, and reliability of all applications before they go live.

Key Responsibilities

- Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements.
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test plans.
- Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and backend systems.
- Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like Jira or Trello.
- Perform regression, functional, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing.
- Collaborate with developers and project managers to resolve issues quickly.
- Suggest UX improvements and usability enhancements.
- Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting.
- Ensure product quality and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications & Experience

- 1–3 years of experience in manual software testing.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Hands-on experience with website and mobile application testing.
- Ability to write clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and cases.
- Knowledge of basic SQL and API testing is a plus.
- Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (preferred).
