We are seeking a responsible and experienced Supervisor to manage day-to-day logistics and cargo operations at Jalna Dry Port. The ideal candidate should have strong leadership skills, operational knowledge, and the ability to handle manpower, dispatch coordination, and yard activities efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise loading, unloading, and cargo movement operations
- Manage labor teams and daily workforce attendance
- Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and warehouse staff
- Ensure timely dispatch and receipt of goods
- Maintain operational records, stock registers, and reports
- Enforce safety procedures and discipline at site
- Resolve on-ground operational issues quickly

Candidate Requirements

- Graduate / Diploma preferred




- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics, transport, warehouse, or industrial operations
- Strong team handling and supervisory skills
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, email, ERP preferred)
- Good communication skills in Hindi, Marathi, or English
- Ability to work in shifts if required

Preferred Experience

- Dry port / container yard / warehouse operations experience
- Transport coordination knowledge
