- Make outbound calls and handle inbound customer inquiries professionally.
- Generate and qualify leads through regular follow-ups and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Explain the company's services, address customer queries and convert leads into appointments or business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer interactions in the CRM.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with the concerned team.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling, lead generation, and conversion targets.
- Demonstrate excellent English communication, interpersonal, and persuasion skills while interacting with customers.
