We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Digital Marketing Manager to strengthen our online presence, generate quality leads, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn, YouTube, and other digital platforms.
- Manage SEO, SEM, and website optimization to improve organic visibility and search rankings.
- Monitor and optimize campaign performance to maximize ROI and lead generation.
- Create and manage content calendars for social media, blogs, email marketing, and website updates.
- Collaborate with the design, content, sales, and admissions teams to execute marketing initiatives.
- Manage online reputation, reviews, and brand engagement across digital platforms.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and other reporting tools, and provide actionable insights.
- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, tools,



and industry best practices.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the digital marketing team to achieve departmental objectives.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and YouTube Marketing.
- Experience with Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and other digital marketing tools.
- Proficiency in social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
- Excellent analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
- Strong leadership, communication, and team management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.

Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, Digital Marketing, or SEO will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital marketing.
- Experience in the immigration, overseas education, education, or service industry is preferred.
- Proven track record of generating quality leads and managing successful digital marketing campaigns.
