Job Specification :
- Preferably a candidate from the Corproate IT training industry with 5-10 years of experience.
- Positive Relationship Manager and should maintain cordial relations with key stakeholders namely Training Managers, Trainers and Fands' Sales Team.
- A man with passion committed to the mission with an eye on Sales and Budgetary targets.
Remuneration :
Fands promises free hand to the candidates for implementing the ideas into vision. Revenue / Profit sharing would be worked out with a CTC targetted areas Rs.1 million p.a.
