We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Real Estate Sales MANGER to join our team at Kaler, Bhiwandi. The candidate should have a minimum of 1 year of experience in real estate sales and a strong ability to close deals while maintaining excellent client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate leads through various channels including site visits, references, and digital platforms
- Handle client inquiries and provide detailed information about properties
- Conduct site visits and property presentations for prospective buyers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Negotiate and close sales deals effectively
- Maintain records of sales activities and customer interactions
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 year of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of the local real estate market (Bhiwandi / Thane region preferred)
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM tools preferred)
