Position: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1–3 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring requirements.

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media.

Screen, shortlist, and schedule candidates.

Hire for B2B Lead Generation, Demand Generation, Telecalling, Customer Support, Inside Sales, and Voice/Non-Voice roles.

Coordinate interviews and ensure timely closures.

Maintain recruitment trackers and build a strong talent pipeline.

Achieve hiring targets within defined timelines.

Must Have :

1–3 years of experience in Bulk Hiring Recruitment.

Experience hiring for B2B Lead Generation, Demand Generation, Telecalling, and Sales roles.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.

Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced workplace.
