JOB TITLE: Sales Executive – Travel & Tourism Company: Prime Holidays Location: Delhi (On-site) Job Type: Full-Time Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year Job Summary: Prime Holidays is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the Travel & Tourism industry. The ideal candidate should have strong sales skills, excellent communication, and the ability to convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings while providing outstanding customer service. Key Responsibilities: Handle inbound and outbound travel enquiries. Promote and sell domestic and international tour packages. Convert leads into confirmed bookings. Prepare travel quotations and customized itineraries. Follow up with potential clients to close sales. Coordinate with hotels, airlines, DMCs, and other travel partners. Maintain customer records and update CRM/Excel. Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs. Build and maintain long-term client relationships. Resolve customer queries professionally and promptly. Requirements: Minimum 1 year of experience in Travel Sales.



Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi. Strong negotiation and convincing skills. Good knowledge of domestic and international travel destinations. Experience in preparing travel quotations and itineraries. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets. Preferred Skills: Knowledge of GDS, CRM, or travel booking software. Understanding of visa and travel documentation. Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
