Job Responsibilities

As a Sales Associate, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

- Understanding client requirements and providing suitable travel packages.
- Following up with prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating lead status.




- Coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth customer service.
- Maintaining skilled communication with clients.

Who We Are Looking For

- 1–2 years of experience in sales preferred; freshers with a genuine interest in the travel industry are also welcome to apply.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Proficiency in Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu or Kannada will be an added advantage.
