What You'll Do

You'll work alongside experienced consultants, technology specialists, and business leaders on real client engagements—not simulations or classroom exercises.

Digital Transformation

- Research business challenges and identify digital transformation opportunities.
- Map business processes and recommend technology-driven improvements.
- Explore AI, automation, and digital platforms to improve business performance.
- Support innovation initiatives across Healthcare, IT, Pharma, and MedTech.

AI, Automation & Innovation

- Explore emerging AI tools and evaluate real-world business use cases.
- Build AI-assisted workflows to improve productivity and decision-making.
- Research new technologies and recommend practical applications.
- Participate in innovation projects and proof-of-concept initiatives.

Business Intelligence & Strategy

- Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and industry intelligence.
- Analyze business data and identify trends and growth opportunities.
- Develop executive presentations, reports, dashboards, case studies, and whitepapers.




- Convert insights into actionable business recommendations.

Digital Marketing & Brand Growth

- Support branding, digital marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Create content for websites, social media, blogs, email campaigns, and thought leadership.
- Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements using analytics.
- Assist in building digital engagement strategies.

Business Development & Client Success

- Research prospective clients and recent market opportunities.
- Support proposal development, client presentations, and sales documentation.
- Maintain CRM records and assist in lead nurturing activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.

Innovation & Collaboration

- Work with cross-functional teams on strategic initiatives.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and solution design workshops.
- Contribute ideas, challenge assumptions, and help solve real business problems.
- Learn how technology, business strategy, and execution come together to drive transformation.

Eligibility

- Any Graduate or Postgraduate
- Students and fresh graduates from Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management, Marketing, Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Data Analytics, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
