Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for custom software development.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality, maintainable code by following best practices and coding standards.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues to maintain system stability and performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when needed.
Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- Experience with integration techniques and data management within SAP SuccessFactors environments.
- Strong understanding of software development life cycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable solutions tailored to business needs.
- Familiarity with debugging, testing, and performance optimization of custom software components.
Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
