About the Role

Relcon Infraprojects Ltd is hiring an experienced Tender Executive with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Construction & Infra Projects industry - tendering, documentation procedures. Experience in handling tenders and operations on Maha Tenders, CPWD, E-Procure, E- Tenders portal is mandatory. The candidate must be detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tender submissions within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, search and track infra projects & construction tenders on government, private sources.
- Handle complete tender processes including documentation, technical bid preparation, financial bids, and submission.
- Manage all activities on Maha Tenders, CPWD, E-Procure, E- Tenders portal bid participation, tenders and compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to collect necessary documents, certificates, pricing and other information as required
- Ensure accurate compilation of tender documents as per tender specifications and requirements.
- Maintain a well-organized record of all tenders—submitted, ongoing, won, and rejected.
- Follow up on tender results and keep the management updated.
- Communicate with vendors, authorities, and clients when needed.
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotations,



and supporting documentation.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any field; preference for business or commerce background.
- Experience working in Infra projects industry.
- Mandatory 3-5 years of experience in tendering, with solid hands-on experience on Maha Tenders, CPWD, E-Procure, E- Tenders portal.
- Strong knowledge of vendor registrations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent documentation and coordination abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PDF tools).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines.
- Good communication skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
