Job Description
We are looking for dynamic and result-oriented Home Loan Sales Executives to join our growing team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) sales, with excellent lead generation and customer acquisition skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities for Home Loans OR LAP.
- Source and convert leads through personal networks, referrals, and market activities.
- Build relationships with customers, real estate partners, and channel partners.
- Guide customers through the home loan process from application to disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing.
Mandatory Requirements
- Experience in Home Loan (HL) or Loan Against Property (LAP) sales is mandatory.
- Candidates from Real Estate and Aggregator Platforms such as Square Yards, Housing.com, MagicBricks, Basic, MyMoneyKarma, Decimal, and similar organizations are highly preferred.
- Proven experience in lead generation and sales conversion.
- Must be able to join immediately or within 15 days.
- Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
- Positive communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
Eligibility
- Experience: Relevant experience in Home Loan/LAP sales.
- Location: Candidates willing to work from Jayanagar, Bangalore.
