Job Description

Required for CNC machines Preventive maintenance

Key Responsibilities

- Perform preventive maintenance activities on CNC machines as per maintenance schedules.

- Assist in routine inspection, cleaning, lubrication, and servicing of CNC equipment.

- Monitor machine performance and report abnormalities to senior maintenance personnel.

- Support troubleshooting of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.

- Maintain maintenance logs, checklists, and machine service records.

- Ensure proper functioning of machine components and safety systems.





- Assist in machine installation, commissioning, and basic repairs.

- Follow maintenance SOPs and safety guidelines.

- Coordinate with production teams to minimize machine downtime.

- Participate in continuous improvement and TPM activities.
