Key Responsibilities

- Build and execute the Refurb S/S/N sourcing plan against the category sales forecast.
- Coordinate with entities on closed-loop inbound — what's coming through buyback and ITAD operations that's relevant to refurb.




- Develop and manage relationships with international and domestic refurb brokers and off-lease suppliers.
- Run OEM trade-in program coordination where applicable.
- Negotiate price, quantity, condition grade, and warranty terms with each source.
- Quality-grade inbound inventory — what goes into refurbishment, what goes to parts harvesting, what goes to recycling.
- Manage working capital — minimise dead stock, balance turns against availability for sales.
- Coordinate with QC Lead on inspection protocols at inbound.

Candidate Profile

- 5–8 years in procurement, supply chain, or sourcing roles in IT hardware, refurb, or related industries.
- Strong commercial negotiation skills — refurb sourcing is a relationship-driven negotiation business.
- Comfortable with multi-channel sourcing (closed-loop, broker, OEM).
- Working capital discipline — understands the cost of inventory and dead stock economics.
- Numerate and CRM/ERP-friendly.

Preferred / Nice to Have

- Prior experience sourcing refurbished servers, storage, or networking specifically.
- International sourcing experience — US, EU, and SEA broker markets.
- ITAD or asset disposition exposure.
