Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled AC Technician to lead installations, oversee service teams, and handle advanced diagnostic and repair tasks. This senior role demands deep knowledge in AC technology, customer interaction, and hands-on leadership in the field.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform advanced installation and servicing of AC systems (Split, Cassette, Ductable, VRF, etc.)

Coordinate with service managers and provide detailed reports

Maintain tools, safety procedures, and professional conduct on every site

Candidate Requirements:

3+ years of hands-on experience in AC installation and servicing





Expertise in handling inverter hi-wall units cassette unit, VRF systems, Ductable units, and advanced inverter technologies

ITI/Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning or equivalent

Strong problem-solving and customer-handling skills

Ability to lead a team and manage service schedules

Valid two-wheeler license is mandatory
