Execute preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance activities for process equipment and utilities. Maintain equipment such as reactors, centrifuges, dryers, filters, vacuum systems, chillers, boilers, compressors, cooling towers, and solvent recovery systems. Troubleshoot equipment failures and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime. Monitor equipment performance and recommend reliability improvement initiatives Ensure uninterrupted operation of plant utilities, including steam, chilled water, compressed air, nitrogen, HVAC, purified water, and power systems. Monitor utility consumption and identify opportunities for energy conservation and cost optimization. Coordinate with utility operators and production teams to ensure adequate utility availability.
