Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound customer calls professionally.

Resolve customer queries with a customer-first approach.

Follow standard operating procedures and escalation guidelines.

Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.

Achieve quality, productivity, and SLA targets.





Deliver an excellent customer experience in every interaction.

Eligibility

10+2 / HSC Pass or above.

Freshers are welcome to apply.

Good English communication skills.

Basic computer knowledge.

Comfortable working in Rotational US Shifts.

Shift & Working Days

Rotational US Shifts.

5 Days Working with Rotational Week Offs.
