We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Junior Executive to support accounting, compliance, and reporting functions. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of basic accounting concepts, proficiency in Tally and Excel, and a willingness to learn in a structured and process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and update books of accounts in Tally.
- Assist in monthly closing and reconciliation of accounts.
- Prepare MIS reports and maintain operational trackers.
- Support GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC compliance activities.
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting and documentation.
- Maintain accounting records and financial data accurately.
- Coordinate with internal teams for accounting and compliance processes.
- Support implementation and adherence to accounting and compliance workflows.
Required Skills
- Tally (Medium-Level Proficiency)
- Microsoft Excel (Proficient)
- Google Sheets
- Basic Accounting Knowledge
- Communication and Email Writing Skills
Preferred Skills
- Microsoft Word
- Understanding of compliance workflows
- Knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, and ESIC processes
- Familiarity with Computax (preferred)
