- Load van as per route plan and deliver/sell products to retail outlets on the assigned beat.
- Achieve daily/monthly sales, collection, and outlet-coverage targets.
- Build and maintain good relationships with retailers; onboard recent outlets.
- Ensure proper stock loading, unloading, and reconciliation (sales vs. returns).
- Collect payments and remit cash/collections to the office as per schedule.
- Maintain daily sales reports, invoices, and route/beat records.
- Ensure product display, freshness (FIFO), and merchandising at retail points.
- Report competitor activity, market feedback, and stock requirements to the Supervisor.
- Maintain the vehicle in good condition and ensure safe driving practices.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
