Role Overview

We are looking for a hands-on, detail-oriented Site Supervisor to manage day-to-day execution at our interior fit-out and construction sites. You will be the on-ground link between the design/project management team, contractors, vendors, and clients — ensuring work is executed on time, within budget, and to Rubenius's quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily on-site activities across civil, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, painting, and finishing works to ensure execution matches approved drawings and BOQ specifications.
- Coordinate with contractors, labour teams, and vendors to schedule work, track manpower deployment, and resolve on-site execution issues.
- Monitor project progress against the Gantt/milestone schedule and flag delays or risks to the Project Manager promptly.
- Conduct quality checks and snag inspections at each stage of work; ensure rework is closed out before sign-off.




- Track material inward/outward at site — verify deliveries against approved BOQ/procurement lists, maintain stock registers, and prevent pilferage or wastage.
- Maintain daily site progress reports (DPRs) with photographs, manpower counts, and material consumption.
- Ensure safety protocols and housekeeping standards are followed on site at all times.
- Coordinate with design team on any site-level clarifications, deviations, or execution challenges.
- Support billing and milestone certification by verifying completed work quantities against contractor claims.
- Liaise with clients or their site representatives professionally, addressing routine queries and escalating major issues to the Project Manager.

Requirements

- Diploma/ITI in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field (Degree preferred but not mandatory).
- 1–3 years of experience supervising interior fit-out, residential, or commercial construction sites.
- Solid working knowledge of interior finishing trades — false ceiling, flooring, joinery, paint, modular work, MEP coordination.
- Ability to read architectural/interior drawings and BOQs.
- Good communication skills in Odia, Hindi, and English.
- Comfortable with basic reporting tools (WhatsApp, Excel, or site management apps) for daily updates.
- Willingness to travel to project sites outside Bhubaneswar as needed.
- Strong ownership mindset, punctuality, and ability to manage multiple contractor teams simultaneously.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
