We are seeking a energetic and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant with upto 3 years of experience in taxation compliance and legal drafting, preferably in a CA firm environment. The role involves active participation in tax assessments, appellate matters, drafting legal documentation, and representing clients before various judicial and quasi-judicial authorities.

Key Responsibilities

- Legal Drafting & Research: Draft replies to tax notices, submissions, appeals, writs, and legal opinions; conduct in-depth legal research on taxation and corporate law matters.
- Compliance & Advisory:

- Provide legal support in direct and indirect tax matters.

- Assist in tax planning, advisory, and compliance assignments.

- Client Interaction: Liaise with clients for gathering case information, clarifying facts, and updating them on proceedings.
- Interdisciplinary Coordination: Work closely with internal audit,



accounts, and taxation teams to align legal positions and documentation.
- Basic Accounting & Taxation Understanding: Interpret financial statements and taxation data to support litigation and advisory functions.
- Ensure legal documentation aligns with accounting principles and tax regulations.

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹900,000.00 per year
