Job Title: Accounts Executive

Location: Zirakpur
Department: Accounts & Finance
Experience: 1–3 Years (Freshers with relevant knowledge may also apply)

We are looking for a detail-oriented Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting activities and maintain accurate financial records.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain day-to-day accounting records.
- Record sales, purchases, receipts, and payments in Busy.
- Prepare invoices, vouchers, and bank reconciliation statements.
- Maintain petty cash and expense records.
- Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance.
- Prepare MIS reports and support month-end closing activities.
- Maintain accurate financial documentation and records.
- Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding payment-related matters.

Required Skills

- Valuable working knowledge of Busy.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles, GST, and TDS.




- Positive communication and organizational skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Educational Qualification

- Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com) – Preferred

Salary: As per company standards and experience.Notice Period: Immediate Joiners only
