BACS HITECH ENGINEERING अपने Office एवं Company Premises की सुरक्षा हेतु जिम्मेदार, Alert, Disciplined एवं Honest Security Guard की भर्ती कर रही है।

इस Role का मुख्य उद्देश्य Company Premises, Assets, Employees, Visitors एवं Vehicles की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना है। चयनित उम्मीदवार को Entry-Exit Monitoring, Regular Patrolling, CCTV Monitoring तथा किसी भी Security Incident पर तुरंत उचित Action लेना होगा।

Key Responsibilities

- Company Premises में Employees, Visitors एवं Vehicles के Entry & Exit की निगरानी करना।
- Visitor Register Maintain करना तथा ID Verification के बाद Visitor Pass जारी करना।
- Office एवं Premises में नियमित Security Patrolling करना।
- CCTV Cameras की Monitoring करना तथा किसी भी Suspicious Activity की तुरंत Report करना।
- Company Assets, Equipment एवं Property की सुरक्षा सुनिश्चित करना।
- Unauthorized Entry, Theft, Damage एवं Misconduct को रोकना।
- Company Security Policies, Rules एवं SOPs का पूर्ण पालन सुनिश्चित करना।
- Fire, Accident, Security Breach अथवा Emergency Situation में तुरंत Response देना।
- आवश्यकता होने पर Management, Supervisor एवं Local Police/Authorities के साथ Coordination करना।
- Main Gate, Office Doors एवं Restricted Areas को निर्धारित समयानुसार Open एवं Close करना।
- Office Premises में Discipline, Safety एवं Security बनाए रखना।




- Daily Security Register, Visitor Register एवं Incident Report Maintain करना।
- किसी भी Suspicious Person, Object या Activity की तुरंत सूचना Senior Officer को देना।

Required Qualification

- Minimum Qualification: 10th / 12th Pass
- Minimum Height: 5 Feet 7 Inches
- Physically Fit एवं Mentally Alert होना आवश्यक है।
- Rotational Shift एवं Night Shift में कार्य करने की इच्छा हो।
- Basic Reading, Writing एवं Communication Skills होना चाहिए।
- Honest, Responsible एवं Disciplined Personality।
- Freshers and Experienced Candidates Both Can Apply.
