Inspirit Safety Solutions is looking for a HR Administration & Placement Officer to join our dynamic team and contribute to building a strong career-focused training ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage employee onboarding, documentation, and maintain accurate records of employee data
- Assist in job postings, application tracking, and coordinate with recruiters throughout the hiring process
- Source and share job opportunities in safety roles (India & Gulf) and track student placements
- Build and maintain relationships with employers to understand hiring needs and generate placement opportunities
- Coordinate placement training activities including mock interviews and career guidance sessions
- Handle compliance documentation, regulatory requirements, license renewals, and maintain alumni database with career tracking and testimonials

Required Skills

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of job portals and LinkedIn
- Basic understanding of HR processes and documentation
- Good coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to manage data (Excel/Google Sheets)




- Relationship-building and networking skills

Preferred Qualifications

- Any Postgraduate (MBA/HR preferred)
- 1–2 years of experience in HR, placement, or administration
- Experience in documentation, compliance, or HR operations is an advantage
