We are looking for a performance-driven SEO Executive who understands modern search dynamics, including GEO (Generative Engine Optimization) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization). The ideal candidate should be capable of optimizing content not just for Google rankings but also for AI-driven search platforms and voice search ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities.
- Optimize content for AEO (Featured Snippets, People Also Ask, voice search queries).
- Implement GEO strategies to improve visibility on AI search engines (ChatGPT, SGE, Bing AI, etc.).
- Conduct keyword research focusing on: Conversational queries, Long-tail keywords, Intent-based search terms
- Optimize website structure, internal linking, and schema markup.
- Perform regular SEO audits and fix technical issues (crawl errors, indexing, Core Web Vitals).
- Build high-quality backlinks through ethical link-building strategies.
- Monitor performance using tools like Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs.
- Optimize content for EEAT (Experience, Expertise, Authority, Trustworthiness).
- Collaborate with content and development teams to implement SEO best practices.
- Track rankings,



traffic, and conversions; prepare weekly/monthly reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 1–2 years of experience in SEO.

Strong understanding of:

- On-page & Technical SEO
- Schema Markup
- Core Web Vitals
- Hands-on experience with SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, etc.).
- Knowledge of AI search trends, voice search optimization, and featured snippet ranking.
- Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, and website CMS (WordPress preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Good to Have

- Experience with content strategy for AI platforms (GEO)
- Knowledge of entity SEO and semantic search
- Familiarity with Python or automation tools for SEO
