We are seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead visual communication and creative execution across multiple brands and campaigns. The ideal candidate should have prior experience working in an advertising, branding, or digital marketing agency and possess a strong understanding of brand strategy, visual storytelling, campaign ideation, and creative leadership.

The Art Director will be responsible for conceptualizing and directing creative campaigns, mentoring designers, ensuring design excellence, and maintaining brand consistency across all communication channels.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative campaigns across digital, print, social media, and marketing platforms.
- Develop compelling visual concepts that align with client objectives and brand strategies.
- Guide and mentor graphic designers, video editors, and creative team members.
- Review and approve creative work before client presentation and final delivery.
- Collaborate with content, client servicing, marketing, and production teams to develop integrated campaigns.
- Present creative concepts and campaign ideas to clients and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure all creative outputs maintain high-quality design standards and brand consistency.
- Manage multiple client accounts and creative projects while meeting deadlines.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in advertising and design.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative campaign ideas.
- Oversee photoshoots, video productions, and creative executions when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree in Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Visual Communication, Graphic Design,



Commercial Arts, Design, or a related field.
- Candidates with BFA (Bachelor of Fine Arts), MFA (Master of Fine Arts), B.Des., M.Des., Applied Arts, Visual Arts, or equivalent creative qualifications will be highly preferred.
- 4–8 years of experience in Advertising, Creative, Branding, Media, or Digital Marketing Agencies.
- Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Senior Designer, Lead Designer, Associate Art Director, or Art Director role.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating campaign development, branding, visual identity systems, and integrated marketing communication.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Working knowledge of Figma, Canva, After Effects, Premiere Pro, and AI-powered creative tools.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout design, branding, and visual storytelling.
- Excellent presentation, communication, and client management skills.
- Ability to lead teams, provide constructive feedback, and manage multiple deadlines.

Preferred Candidate Profile

- Prior experience working in an Advertising Agency, Branding Agency, Creative Agency, or Digital Marketing Agency.
- Experience handling national or regional brands across multiple industries.
- Robust leadership and team management capabilities.
- Ability to convert business objectives into impactful creative campaigns.
- Experience in managing client presentations and creative pitches.
- Fine Arts, Applied Arts, Design, or Visual Communication background preferred.
