We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate should have 1–4 years of relevant accounting experience and hands-on expertise in Tally, GST compliance, statutory filings, and day-to-day accounting operations. The candidate should possess strong analytical skills, accuracy, and the ability to meet deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
- Record and reconcile sales, purchases, bank transactions, and journal entries in Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Prepare and maintain ledgers, cash books, bank books, and other accounting records.
- Handle GST compliance, including GST return filing, reconciliation, and input tax credit verification.
- Ensure timely statutory compliance, including TDS calculations, deductions, and return filing.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in monthly, quarterly,
and annual financial closing activities.
- Prepare MIS reports and support management with financial data and analysis.
- Coordinate with auditors, consultants, and government authorities during audits and compliance reviews.
- Maintain proper documentation of financial records and statutory filings.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable accounting standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 1–4 years of experience in accounting and finance.
- Robust working knowledge of Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
- Hands-on experience with GST filing, GST reconciliation, TDS, and statutory compliances.
