Agency Sales Executive

Salary: ₹20,000/month + Incentives (based on experience and sales performance)

You know how to start conversations, build relationships, and close deals. You understand brands, marketing, and what businesses actually need and you’re confident pitching solutions that drive growth.

What You’ll Do

- Generate leads and bring in current business for Surge Media
- Pitch 360° media and marketing solutions to brands and businesses
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Coordinate with internal creative and strategy teams for smooth execution
- Follow up with potential clients and convert conversations into long-term partnerships
- Identify opportunities across influencer marketing, content, branding, production, and digital marketing
- Maintain sales reports, pipeline tracking, and client communication records
- Represent the agency professionally in meetings, calls, and networking opportunities

What We’re Looking For





- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Prior experience in sales, business development, or agency/client servicing is preferred
- Confident in pitching ideas and handling client conversations independently
- Self driven, target oriented, and proactive in bringing new business
- Understanding of digital marketing and social media trends
- Comfortable coordinating with creative teams and managing timelines
- Hustler mindset with strong relationship building abilities
- Mumbai based candidates preferred, Must bring your own laptop
