To ensure the safety, discipline, and well-being of students residing in the hostel, while creating a supportive and structured living environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage students in the hostel/residential facility
- Ensure discipline, hygiene, and daily routine are maintained
- Provide care, guidance, and emotional support to students
- Monitor attendance, health, and overall well-being of students
- Coordinate with school staff, parents, and management when required
- Handle emergencies and ensure student safety at all times
- Maintain hostel records and reports
- Oversee cleanliness, food arrangements, and basic facilities

Key Skills & Requirements:

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle students with care and discipline
- Responsible, patient, and approachable nature
- Basic administrative and record-keeping skills
- Willingness to stay at the job location (Accommodation will be provided)

Preferred Qualification:

- Prior experience as a warden/hostel in-charge or working with students is preferred

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
