GoldenLion is seeking a Zoho Consultant (Techno-Functional) to join our Business Solutions Division. This team focuses on implementing industry-specific CRM and process automation solutions built on the Zoho platform, helping businesses improve operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

- 2 – 5 years experience as a CRM consultant
- Successful track record of implementing CRM solutions
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Hands-on experience with Zoho suite of apps and third-party integrations is a plus
- Exposure to other cloud-based business solutions is an advantage
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS is desirable

Responsibilities

- Interact with customers to understand their business process
- Prepare a solution plan to meet the needs of the customer
- Configure and customize the Zoho suite of applications to map customers’ business process
- Manage the expectation of the customer to ensure project success
- Conduct requirement gathering and process mapping
- Create walk-through videos
- Deliver client demos and personalized training sessions
