Job Summary

Pet Tools Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced VMC Operator to join our Production team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in operating Vertical Machining Centers (VMC), machine setup, tool setting, and ensuring high-quality production. Candidates with experience in Fanuc Control and basic programming knowledge will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate Vertical Machining Center (VMC) machines efficiently and safely.
- Set up jobs as per production drawings and work instructions.
- Perform tool setting, tool offset adjustments, and workpiece alignment.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Load and unload components while maintaining production targets.
- Conduct first-piece and in-process inspections using precision measuring instruments.
- Monitor machining operations and make necessary offset corrections.
- Ensure dimensional accuracy and maintain product quality.
- Identify machining issues and report or troubleshoot minor machine problems.
- Maintain machine cleanliness and perform routine maintenance checks.




- Record production details and maintain machine operation logs.
- Follow all safety, quality, and company procedures.

Required Skills

- Minimum 3–8 years of experience operating VMC machines.
- Hands-on experience with Fanuc Control (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of CNC programming and editing.
- Ability to read engineering drawings and understand GD&T.;
- Knowledge of cutting tools, inserts, feeds, and speeds.
- Experience using measuring instruments such as Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, Height Gauges, and Dial Indicators.
- Positive troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- ITI Machinist / Turner / Fitter or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in precision machining and production environments.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
