Job Title – Accounts Executive

Our growing company is searching fresher for the position of Account Executive. We appreciate you taking the time to review the list of qualifications and to apply for the position.

Responsibilities:

- Invoicing – Using ZOHO (which is simple automated), Sending it to clients, follow up with clients on receiving and tracking, payment follow ups, reconciliation. Total only- 20-25 clients as of now.
- Credit note – issue CN and its effect on other accounting
- Payments – bill updates, payment follow up, reconciliation Only 10-12 vendors/month.
- Accounts Maintenance – All transactions are online or through card, no cash transaction involved
GST and TDS – Calculations are done through system, cross check and file Any other statutory and Tax related activities. etc.

Key skills required:

1. Complete understanding of maintaining accounts for a small company.

2.



Very good knowledge of accounting software. Tally is ok, but we are using online tool ZOHO which is easy to learn and use if you have clear concepts of accounting

3. Good communication skill (spoken English) to interact with clients for payment follow ups with patience yet firm.

4. Should have basic knowledge of Excel.

Qualifications:

Minimum Graduation is required in Commerce.

Experience:

- 0-6 months experience in handling accounts for Small to Medium Companies.
0-6 months hands on experience of working on any Accounting Software

Other Details:

Timing- -Mon to Friday 9:30am - 6 :30pm. 2nd, 4th and 5th Saturday and all Sunday off
