Key Responsibilities

- Prepare detailed plumbing drawings, layouts, schematics, and coordination drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop water supply, drainage, sewage, stormwater, and piping layouts based on engineering designs.
- Prepare isometric drawings, riser diagrams, and installation details as required.
- Revise and update drawings based on project requirements, consultant comments, and site changes.
- Coordinate with plumbing engineers, MEP teams, architects, and other disciplines to ensure clash-free and accurate drawings.
- Prepare Bills of Quantities (BOQs), material schedules, and drawing documentation as required.
- Ensure all drawings comply with project specifications, applicable codes, and company drafting standards.
- Maintain drawing revisions, document control, and proper file organization.




- Assist in preparing as-built drawings upon project completion.

Required Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related technical field.
- 1–2 years of experience as a Plumbing Draftsman in MEP or building services projects.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD is mandatory.
- Basic understanding of plumbing systems, water supply, drainage, sewage, and stormwater systems.
- Knowledge of plumbing symbols, drafting standards, and engineering drawings.
- Valuable attention to detail, organizational skills, and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a project team.
