Indus Motors is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisors to join our Suzuki Two-Wheeler Service Team. The Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the workshop, ensuring a smooth and satisfying service experience from vehicle reception to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and understand their vehicle service requirements.
- Inspect vehicles and prepare accurate job cards.
- Explain recommended repairs, maintenance requirements, and service estimates.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Keep customers informed about service progress and obtain approvals for additional work.
- Deliver vehicles after service and explain the work completed.
- Maintain service records and ensure high customer satisfaction.




- Follow up with customers after service to gather feedback and build long-term relationships.
- Achieve service quality and customer satisfaction targets.

Eligibility

- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience are welcome to apply.
- Experience in a two-wheeler dealership or automotive service industry is an added advantage.
- Positive communication and customer handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Passion for customer service and the automotive industry.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
