We are seeking a motivated MI (Relationship Executive) to join our team in Kirti Nagar, Delhi. This entry-level position is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with up to two years of experience who are eager to build a career in client relations and support.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Manage Client Relations**: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide timely solutions.
- **Provide Support and Assistance**: Assist clients with inquiries and issues, ensuring they receive high-quality service and satisfaction throughout their interactions.
- **Collaborate with Internal Teams**: Work closely with various departments to address client requirements and to facilitate effective communication and support.
- **Monitor Client Feedback**: Gather and analyze feedback from clients to identify service improvements and report insights to management.

Required Skills and Expectations:

The ideal candidate should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills,



allowing for effective interactions with clients and team members. A proactive attitude and problem-solving ability are crucial for addressing client needs efficiently. Candidates should be organized and detail-oriented to manage client accounts effectively. A basic understanding of relationship management techniques will be advantageous.
