Key Role

We are looking for a dynamic, result-oriented, and experienced Digital Marketing Team Lead to join our growing team at Web Digital Mantra IT Services Pvt Ltd. The ideal candidate should possess strong team management and client handling skills, along with intermediate to advanced expertise in SEO and hands-on experience in managing Google Ads campaigns.

Proficiency in Kannada is mandatory, as the role requires regular interaction with local clients and team members.

The candidate will be responsible for leading the digital marketing team, driving campaign performance, managing client communication, and ensuring successful execution of digital marketing projects across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the digital marketing team to achieve campaign goals and business targets.
- Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, provide updates, and maintain strong professional relationships.
- Develop and implement SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-page SEO, technical SEO, and performance optimization.
- Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to maximize lead generation and ROI.
- Manage social media marketing, Meta Ads, content marketing, and lead generation activities.
- Monitor campaign performance using analytics tools and prepare detailed performance reports.
- Ensure timely project delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.




- Collaborate with design, content, and development teams for seamless campaign execution.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities and improve marketing strategies.
- Mentor and guide team members to enhance their skills and performance.
- Manage online brand presence and improve customer engagement across digital channels.

Required Skills

- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent client handling and communication abilities.
- Fluency in Kannada (Mandatory).
- Intermediate to advanced knowledge of SEO, including on-page SEO, off-page SEO, technical SEO, keyword research, and SEO reporting.
- Hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Good knowledge of Meta Ads, social media marketing, and lead generation strategies.
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Tag Manager, Canva, and CRM tools.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent presentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in Digital Marketing with proven experience in SEO and Google Ads.
- Prior experience in team leadership, client coordination, and managing multiple digital marketing projects.

- Work Timing: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Work Mode: Work from Office
- Location: Kumaraswamy Layout, Bengaluru

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
