- Automation Studio™ for the design and simulation of fluid power and industrial automation technologies;
- Automation Studio™ Live Manifold for the design, quoting and prototyping of hydraulic manifolds;
Andon Studio™ for real-time monitoring of machine productivity, optimizing operations and managing work processes, in line with Industry 4.0.

We are seeking a Marketing and Communications Expert who is dynamic, strategic, and motivated to take on stimulating challenges. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing integrated marketing and communications initiatives to strengthen Famic Technologies’ brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive business growth.

Main responsabilities

- Conduct market research to identify and qualify potential customers for the company’s products and services.
- Contribute to the creation, segmentation, and maintenance of the global contact database.
- Communicate with clients and prospects to promote company products, services, and participation in industry events.
- Create and edit compelling editorial and promotional content, including press releases, articles, and newsletters.
- Promote company products and expertise within the trade and technical press.
- Collaborate in the design and production of promotional materials (brochures, advertisements,



websites, posters, etc.).
- Maintain and update content across the company’s websites and digital platforms.
- Review and validate product documentation and other communication materials for accuracy and consistency.
- Support various internal and external communication projects and perform related administrative tasks.
- Ensure adherence to the company’s quality system procedures and standards.

General Qualifications

- Master’s degree in Engineering, with interests and skills in marketing and communications.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar marketing and communications role, preferably within the technology or industrial sectors.
- Ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts to varied audiences in a perfect English (proficiency in other languages is an asset).
- Experience managing online campaigns and SEO best practices (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.).
- Strong analytical mindset to measure campaign performance and recommend improvements (Google Analytics, SEO tools, etc.).
- Solid interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate effectively in an international environment or with cross-cultural teams.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.




- Demonstrated creativity, initiative, and strategic thinking.

Fluency in English and/or other foreign languages is a requirement for this position, because the related responsibilities concern markets mainly outside Quebec, or because the person could be called upon to communicate with staff located in the other divisions of the company located abroad.
