Job Overview

We are looking for creative and experienced English teachers to join our content development team at our office. The candidate will be responsible for designing engaging English lessons, activities, worksheets, stories, assessments, and digital learning content for school students.

The role is ideal for teachers who enjoy transforming classroom concepts into straightforward, interactive, and age-appropriate learning experiences for educational software and textbooks.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop creative and engaging English lessons for school students.
- Create content for English learning software, textbooks, workbooks, and teacher resources.
- Design stories, poems, dialogues, activities, worksheets, exercises, and assessments.
- Prepare age-appropriate content aligned with curriculum and learning outcomes.
- Create lessons covering grammar, vocabulary, reading, writing, speaking, listening, and pronunciation.
- Review and edit content for grammar, accuracy, clarity, and student suitability.
- Work closely with designers, illustrators, software developers, and academic teams.
- Conduct research and ensure that all content is original, relevant, and educationally effective.
- Revise content based on academic reviews, feedback, and project requirements.

Requirements

- Graduate or Postgraduate degree in English,



Education, or a related field.
- Prior experience as an English teacher is preferred.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
- Good understanding of grammar, vocabulary, phonics, and language-learning concepts.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, or similar tools.
- Strong attention to detail and proofreading skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively and meet deadlines.
- Experience in curriculum development, textbook writing, or educational content creation will be an advantage.

Product and Content Training

Comprehensive training on the company’s curriculum, software, textbooks, content standards, and development process will be provided after joining.

The selected candidate will work from the office and collaborate closely with the academic, design, and software development teams to create meaningful and engaging English learning experiences for students.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
