- Plan and deliver engaging, inquiry-based learning experiences aligned with the IB PYP framework.
- Teach core subjects while fostering conceptual understanding, critical thinking, and student agency.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and student-centered classroom environment.
- Assess, monitor, and document student progress using formative and summative assessment strategies.
- Collaborate with specialist teachers and PYP coordinators to support transdisciplinary learning.
- Build solid relationships with students and parents through regular communication and student-led conferences.
- Participate actively in curriculum planning, school events, professional development, and IB initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Education or a relevant subject with B.Ed.
- Minimum 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably as a PYP Homeroom Teacher.
- IB PYP experience or certification is preferred.
- Excellent communication, classroom management, collaboration, and technology integration skills.
