Job Summary: A highly prestigious private residence seeks a skilled and experienced Butler with a background in luxury hospitality, preferably from Taj or Oberoi. This is a live-out role and does not involve travel. The ideal candidate will be adept in formal household service, have a discreet demeanor, and possess a solid foundation in managing the operations of a high-standard private household.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide impeccable formal service to principals and guests, including table service, silver service, and hosting.

- Oversee daily household operations to ensure smooth, efficient, and discreet service.

- Manage and coordinate with other household staff (housekeepers, chefs, drivers, etc.).

- Maintain inventory of fine china, silverware, and other household supplies.

- Supervise and execute high-level event setups and service within the residence.

- Liaise with vendors, maintenance staff,



and external service providers.

- Ensure highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and presentation throughout the home.

- Uphold strict confidentiality and respect for privacy at all times.

Requirements:

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a luxury hotel (preferably Taj/Oberoi) or UHNWI private household.

- Excellent knowledge of formal service etiquette and household protocols.

- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

- High level of discretion, professionalism, and integrity.

- Proficiency in household technology and CRM/scheduling tools is a plus.

- Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.

- Physically fit and well-groomed with attention to detail.
